And Palsisters are about to find out. 30+ accounts of theft of intellectual property, they'll be flipping burguers to pay for Masuda's coke until their final miserable breath. This genre will be forever shaped by whatever GameFreak is cooking, competition (plagiarism) is futile.

And you will buy it anyway.

>get flagrantly ripped off by an asset flip company

How did Nintendo come to this point?

>Nintendo
GameFreak anon, it's GameFreak that are making the slop. That being said Nintendo never says no to filing a lawsuit whenever they get a chance, it's like a fetish to them

Here are all the accounts on which they are being charged.

They are really leaving the court in handcuffs.

I can only find two or three accounts where Palworks might get acquitted. Most of these are guilty as charged.

Exactly. You mess around, you find out.

I can't even imagine how excited the devs of PalWorld are now to keep pushing new free content, """designing new pals""" and interacting with their player feedback.

They get everything they deserve.

palworld made a better game than gamefreak ever did. that makes them the winner regardless of any outcome in court.

You can patent a concept.

>>56468582
Each of these are one account that was inflicted, which means Palworks will have to have lawyers to defend themselves to the satisfaction of a court that they did not steal exactly that.

This was a very cautious catch-all web legal response, in a way that Palsisters are serving jail time or flipping burguers no matter what they answer.

Considering how immense the document is and how many accounts of copyright infraction there are, GameFreak put more effort into it than in their own games.

There is no way Palsisters are walking out of this. Nintendo is an old money powerful zaibatsu at this point, they own the courts, the politicians and the judges. Palworks are just teenagers making a rom hack.

These are literally Legends Arceus screenshots.

Digimon story 6 never ever…

The dinossaurs are illustrative to monsters, since they'll have to explain this to judges and a court.
