Now that have the series bible's creation myths should we pull a Hesiod an make an actually coherent "canon mythos" fanfic?
In the beginning there was the giant called reek. He would change forms three times a day and continued to grow larger. After 3000 years he stopped growing and instead of changing forms he budded two gods from his body. The human like one was named shin, the pokemon like one was named gau. The two new gods grew closer and developed a bond of true friendship. The jealous reek would seek to destroy the two, but both together would end his life. The battle was hard fought and took a mighty toll on the two friends. Bloodied and broken they saught confront in each other and merged together into a being that's left side was like shin and whose right side was like gau. The new being fell into a deep sleep. The body of reek began to rot away and it's decay fromed the swarming chaos that is the cosmos. In the center of the dead giants body lay the merged god, who after untold eons of slumber had been battered down into the form of an egg. After some time this egg had hatched and the great god Aus, who we now call Arceus, was born.

When Arceus had hatched from the great cosmic egg he had already had within himself the egg of life. The fragments from the cosmic egg had merged together into 19 mighty giants. The Giants desired to destroy the egg of life and attacked arceus. This war in heaven waged endlessly with Arceus alone. Arceus had 1000 hands and three eyes. Out of his left eye came ia who from all space expands. Out of the right eye came ea who from all of time flows. Out of the center eye came the giant of shadows, who exists to distort. Together with Arceus these three slew 18 of the Giants and broke the will of the last, who was spared. From the bodies of the Giants came 19 plates of 19 types of powers. Arceus had lost 999 of his hands and was weakened. In the battles aftermath the egg of life had hatched, coming from it were both humans and pokemon while it's shell became the unknown who created a world without form. The shadow giant saught to expand it's distortion so it attacked a weakened Arceus who fled to the world without form. He came as the shape of a woman and was found by a robust human man. He nursed her back to health and the two fell in love. Arceus was soon with child and bore twins. She would warn the man about the destiny of the twins to slay the giant of shadows. Arceus returned to the cosmos to hunt the giant of shadows. The twins would grow and became loved by humans and pokemon a like. Then the day had came when the giant of shadows had come to distort the world without form.
The twins shed their mortal forms and embraced their true nature. The male who was is was transformed by claws into dialga. The female who was ea was transformed by tears into palkia. The twins destroyed the giant of shadows and from its corpse arose giratina. The three legendary pokemon began a fierce battle the would nearly destroy the world without form. Dialga who favored Pokemon, saved as many as it could. Palkia who favored humans saved as many as it could. Their father was slain by giratina but Arceus would arrive to banish giratina to the distortion world. Arceus saddened by the death of the man took from him three of its favorite things about the man and placed them into three Pokemon. The man's eyes that was full of knowledge was placed into the pokemon called Ry. The man's heart that was full of emotion was placed into the pokemon called Ay. The man's voice that was full of willpower was placed into the pokemon called Hy.
>>56617390The world formation being glossed over quickly kinda seems wierd. maybe incorporate more of the palka dialga fucking reality into existence version? something like the world egg being their child and giratina wanting to distort it? and giratina losing to the lake trio could be what creates the weather trio, they represent the chaotic distortion and dynamism of giratina in a more tempered way like how the regis are the aspects of the elemental giants.
