As far as the DP documents go, I searched the equivalent Japanese word used for "Gym Leader" and "Character setting" and only got spreadsheets of what character types there were (Leader class) and several documents about how to make badge shining work. Seriously, look at the comparison and point out to me how many changes you see in North Kalos that isn't just a landmass getting slightly bigger. The only two geographical differences in that ENTIRE thing are the river in the bottom right and the pennisula in the bottom left, with them adding some minor topographical details like forests or slightly changing the bends of a river. But generally speaking the Kalos map we got in the final game is nearly the same as the map in that draft that included South Kalos.
