To elaborate further, 90 Base Speed is quite good, letting Karubion/Karratarch outspeed alot of stuff, Scizor for one, Incineroar for another, hitting it with Brick Break before it can do anything, and 115 Base Attack is nothing to sneeze at. Base Special Attack is only 60, but given the movepool, it's a physical attacker anyway, so that's irrelevant. Bulk is 80/70/80, decent, not great nor terrible, but enhanced greatly by it's part-Steel-typing. Major threats that I can think of, off the top of my head, would be Houndoom and Charizard, both of whom would outspeed with Jolly/Timid natures or even Speed-neutral natures depending on Karratarch's nature and EVs and easily OHKO with a strong Fire STAB move, 4x weakness to Fire.
