He's cheerful, confident, and always looking out for his friends (who mean the world to him). He started out as just a shy young lad, unsure of himself and adjusting to life at the academy, but thanks to Nemona's encouragement (and good looks), Arven's companionship, and Penny's… emotional support (I'm not sure what to classify it as), he was able to become quite the capable and confident individual. He regularly makes time to hang out with his friends as much as possible (battling with Nemona, camping and hanging out with Arven, heading over to Penny's room to play games and watch anime), if he's not busy with classes or whatever else he's got going on. Ogerpon is the closest thing he has to a "shouldermon". He can be a bit cocky at times, but he ultimately means well. I'll make a character sheet for him at some point down the line so I can get a more comprehensive look at my interpretation of him. It's ironic that the version of Juliana I dislike the most is Scarlet. Not only is she rude to Nemona, but she also comes off as a bitter midget in her 30s. Pokespe has a reputation for justifying this kind of behavior with tragic backstories, but I’ve never liked that.As for the Nemona in Spe, she’s not my favorite version either. While Nemona is usually "absent minded" and misinterprets things, she's not stupid. In Spe, however, she seems portrayed as foolish and acts like a doormat for Scarlet.
