With some trial and error Gengar ex seems super niche. Takes a while to get going AND it's just plain not very powerful. It's most useful feature is the health that can survive any nuke but Charizards and lucky Zapdos/Dragonite, but its pitiful to work with.

If they have a full bench, pray your ass off that you don't get an even 50 spread twice in a row.
