Even DP is incredibly mediocre. BW set an incredibly low standard that every game between it and SV couldn't clear except USUM which limped over it entirely on the back of the changes it made to Hau and the gutting of the Lillie plot. The first three generations are fine for GameBoy (Advance) titles, they're not Dragon Quest 3 or 5 but that's really an unfair comparison.
