I've never envisioned a situation in which I'd want to use one. Generally worse on defense then the three rock types that precede it in Hoenn and X-Scissor is late game later on. But then with 125 attack it can roll generic moves in single player anyway. It sounds particularly grateful for rock polish, though I don't remember any numbers.>>56878572Great art.
