But the you have EX Starmie who's like "lmfao I do everything" with amazing bulk, low energy cost, high damage, and literally 0 retreat cost, so it evens out if you just have it as your early game sweeper until you build up his bros to finish off late game. If they just nerf Pikachu, Misty decks will rise in popularity.
