Introducing the new meta. I’m running this both with and without electric energy to see which is better. It’s a rough rough fight, but it can pull wins from mewtwo, pikachu, and Starmie/articuno/lapras.It’s highly specialized and I’ve noticed more losses to non-meta decks than with regular koga. If more anons try running this maybe we can figure it out.

Any high energy decks can break through him, marowak can one-shot with some luck, and Sabrina sidesteps him entirely. This deck is not fun to play. I would say about 65% of the game you are losing and just trying to switch out and survive. But then it starts to work, and it’s magical. I can definitely see this getting more powerful with just a few more cards, and this also opens up the two color meta It relies heavily on stall and type advantagefighting (mienshao) wrecks normal, electric, and dark typesElectric, Zapdos, hits water and the other legendary birds pretty good, it’s also fast and cheap and can tank and flee for one energy, or can sit in the back line and charge it up for its 4 flip.Weeding stalls and poisons, and you can koga trick him, and Arbok wrecks mewtwo. The games I do lose are much closer, I can tell my opponent is tryharding because their turns start to take way longer. It’s a sort of high skill high reward deck, tho I really really think other people have to look at it and figure it out, I’m just testing.I’d really appreciate it if other anons posted their koga decks or tried this koga hybrid and give some advice or feedback.

Third game in a row where issues with my 1-of Farfetch'd and Kangaskhan lost me the game. First game was vs Pikachu and Farfetch'd was my only basic, needed it to be Kanga. Second game was Mewtwo and Kanga was my only basic, needed Farfetch'd. What a great little deck. Sniping the bench is super fun, and it's incredibly energy-efficient. I don't like relying on coin flips but if Eelektross goes down, the game usually isn't over yet. Recommended for putting Mewtwofags in their place, as well as solo missions.

Potion makes zeb a waste of resources in just about every instance. All that being said, I’ve started leaning towards raichu as being the best pika variant of the format. Much better into the mewtwo matchup (which is basically a coinflip of a game at best) while still being good into other relevant decks.

I don't have Raichu unfortunately, so I don't personally know, but none of the other Pokemon feel "right" in the deck, and a cheeky late game Raichu steal seems really good, because the area Pikachu suffers is areas where they finally get their Mewtwo or Charizard online and you can't kill it unless you flip 4 heads on Zapdos.

How "kino" is the real Poke TCG client? I've never played Pokemon TCG before, but I like the cuteness of this game. The only downside to this game is that I can't build any of the decks that I actually want to play. Is the real Pokemon TCG client more generous than this game? Like, can I actually have fun?
