>>56933474Teddiursa is an absolute BEAST if you can get it early. That attack stat is no joke. Probably since it was balanced as a lategame mon for GS. Sadly, Crystal is the only game where it can be used to its fullest potential because that was the only time Gamefreak is smart enough to make it available early on.
