Are the OT names supposed to be in all capital letters? All characters in games are referred to in caps during battle, and the in-game trade Pokemon with NPCs always show the OT name in caps.

I believe Gen 4 still had it. Or maybe only the Pokémon name was still Capital. I remember being glad when Pokémon in gen 5 finally had lowercase.
