There's no way to get any Pokémon Contest related Ribbons for any gen 7, gen 8 or gen 9 Pokémon. Because none of them can be in any of the games in which any version of Pokémon Contests exist. Even not with the source disassembly people are still figuring out mechanics about it. It's incredible how much time some of the programmers must have spent on it and how virtually nothing but vague hints are given.
