What about Drowzee speaks to you so much that it's still one of your favorites all these years later. I don't really have a list of favorites as I can enjoy pretty much every pokemon but my #1 pick is Croagunk. It's portrayal is consistently goofy and it's cry being close to just laughing is great. it's a very comical pokemon and I also just like frogs. He's my character of choice in Pokken as well.
