It is time we recognize that Pokémon is completely lost without the strong man of this franchise to tell the fans that they are not doing what we want, and that we will buy it anyway. Under his regime, there were no leaks, there was no controversy, this billion dollars family-friendly franchise was a cold machine intended to print money at the expense of the pride of its consumers, and never pretended otherwise.
