So that means #2 or #3 are the most plausible, take it however you want, but Hikari/Akari are two very distinctly different names. There would be no point in calling herself Akari rather than Hikari. Akari is actually Hikari's great granddaughter from Pokemon Dark/Light, they'll be released as Gen 12 in 2036.
