This is probably too edgy for current anipoke and will probably never happen in a million years, but I'd love it if Friede's hypothetical accident (becoming injured, comatose, disappearing, etc) led to one of the kids feeling guilty/responsible for what happened and gave them an interesting character arc.Liko could blame herself because she's the reason Friede got involved with the whole Explorers plot, or because she was too weak to save him. Or maybe do it with Roy who seems more fixated on his own strength (or lack thereof). Maybe they become more fixated with making things right in their own to the point it creates conflict within the main cast.It would be a neat way to shake up the character dynamic by having characters actually get into disagreements as opposed to the current buddy-buddy approach where they always agree on every single course of action.This will probably never happen, but it's nice to think about.
