I've got it doing a character with only 19 pics relatively consistently. It's not quite getting her as right when combined with Chloe, but Tuuli on her own is pretty accurate if you add description tags for her hair and all that. It seems to do OK with characters who have limited Danbooru libraries as long as they have at least one solo artwork, but if they only have art with other characters in it then it has difficulty.
I may be overestimating the capabilities, but from what I've seen so far I suspect V4 with vibe transfer is going to be the equivalent of the Cambrian explosion and open a whole new world of possibilities that makes everything we've got so far look like the internet porn simulator from South Park.
