How annoying was it to travel between Kanto and Johto in GSC? I started with Gen 3 and only played rom hacks that get around it
>>57187472Outside of the initial travel which you needed Waterfall for, it was pretty easy. Just take a train to Saffron or fly to places. Wasn't that much different than just flying in between DLCs in Gen 9 for instance.

>beat Elite 4>either go through Toho Falls, SS Anne, or Magnet TrainIt's really not hard at all, you just fly to those locations and go through like 1-2 screens and you're in Kanto and can fly wherever you need

And if you want to go on land, fly to Viridian City, go to the League, go left, and when you reach Mt Silver's Pass, fly to wherever place you want in Johto.And if you go from Johto to Kanto, is even easier because you go to New Bark Town, surf to the right, boom: Kanto. Fly to any city you wish to go.The only problem is the first time you go to Kanto because you can't use the League path unless you unlock it from Kanto, and you need to go to the ship first. But after that, travelling between regions is easy.
