H-Arcanine is as popular as Arcanine.
Which is to say "not very, outside people of a certain age and Generation, where there wasn't as many overall creatures or dogmons to upstage it". It suffers a few critical flaws to the rest of the dogmon in-series which is why it even got a regional and they finished the job and turned it into a proper lion-dog statue in the first place.
