Why haven't the Elite 4 be renamed to the Elite 5 already in Gen 2? Since you always fight 5 people. It was only ever (intended as) a surprise you had to fight an additional trainer in Gen 1.>it only refers to the permanent members!Evidently new champs don't automatically become the champion that actually defends the title at the Elite 4 location, going by examples like Red.
