How hard would it be for (You) to personally raise a Pokemon and give it a happy life in your current living conditions irl?

Working full time. Feel bad about not being present most of the day. That's it.

Man, I never thought about that. :(
I guess I've always imagined an intelligent Psychic type with me, so it would be more like a roommate/friend living situation

Idk, in the few episodes of the tranime I've seen pokemon are shown to work with people. I'd be much more inclined to stay with my blue collar job rather than switching to IT if I had a pokemon to help me out on my jobs

Like the other anon said, only time to spend bonding with them is the problem because job, basic stuff like food and shelter are a non-issue. A lot of pokemon are also ridiculously low maintenance with some of them like the Geodude and Gigalith lines that eat rocks and dirt or the Trubbish line that eats literal garbage.

Now that I think about it, Trubbish could probably help places like India. Just air drop hundreds of them all over the country. Would unironically clean those shitholes. But now you have to deal with super Garbodors with potent poison enough to instakill any living thing.

Homeless.
Impossible, unless I could use said pokemon to aquire my needs or become a master theif.

Easy. If I don't get a reciprocal level of affection and respect from Pokemon I own I would release them.

No, I actually have plenty of time for a Pokemon since I got dumped recently. I actually would adopt a cat irl if my roommate didn't have an allergy. My current goal for the year is to get my own place and own a Marill--I mean a cat.

Assuming pokeballs exist Maybe as a baby it woult be the most difficult but as it evolves i think it would be more like having a child than a pet.

I've handled and raised big lizards including (Ferali)gators before, surely I'd have no trouble taking care of a Charizard....r-right.....?

if anything it'd give me motivation to touch grass frequently
