>>57207562Ahh yes, chain fishing and mega evolution, gimmicks introduced after Gen 5.As for berry farming, there was the Dream World (sadly shutdown, luckily a team is working on fixing it.), tons of wildmons holding berries and trainers giving you berries (some being repeatable daily. As for stuff added in the sequels, there's Join Avenue, where you can buy berries that refresh daily, Dream Radar (sold seperately) which you can transfer Pokémon and items, of which include berries.

Honestly I don't see that big of an issue using a legendary if they're not a cover legendary. Pseudos have higher or the same stat totals than the minor legendaries anyways

You can argue BW as you technically have to catch the legendary to progress, however, it doesn't have an improved catch rate (if it does, it's barely noticable.), additionally, if your party and PC are full, you just have to KO it instead, seeing as there's no room to put it anywhere, in this scenario you can head to Dragonspiral Tower to catch them.

I've struggled to enjoy Pokemon recently because I think single battles are kinda tedious and mindless, and that is all single player is. There is a comfort in seeing how much genuine effort they put into the region, characters, story, dex, etc. though. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it a memorable journey that'll stick with you, and it's easy to appreciate.It's sad that they took the Gen V hate to heart and just kind of stopped trying nearly as hard after these games. I'm sure there's other factors too, but I don't think any Pokemon game that came after Unova has as much of a clear-cut identity.Pic related because she's on my team.

I personally do not like Gen 5 that much. It's not the worst gen, but it's far from the best.
Im playing White now, and doing post-game; And im going to say that BW are amazing games, with flaws but good.Good>Music was one of the best pokemon ones I heard>Story was better than rest of games.>Unova is a nice region (and im not that fan of american shit)>Gyms (Even first one)>Full & original pokedex. New games should be as much as possible about the new mons, not having a shitload of old mons because nostalgia fags cant play a game without capturing Peekatchu for the fifth time>Difficulty of the game was not baby-easy.>Plasma team was surprisingly a good villain team, with good aesthetics, and more variety of pokemon usage (Still a lot of Dark types, but also some Normal, Fighting and Ghost types)Bad>Starters are better than the Galar ones, but they are not that good.
