Yes in collections and binders, no during battle.
There's actually an inbuilt collection toggle for /every/ ingame language if you're a real autist, but I haven't seen anyone really bother with full language collections anywhere.

You can change the language of cards you pull by changing the app's display language as well, and they'll stay as whatever language you pulled them in.

Pikachu EX + Raichu. I have no idea what could possibly survive an early misty+articuno setup other than Zapdox EX, which I don't think changes that much but I don't have it anyway. Pikachu EX doesn't get set up fast enough to hit it twice before dying, and I don't always have the option to delay fast enough to set up a Raichu. I win pretty much 100% of the time if the AI doesn't win its misty, but if it does and it happens early there's just nothing I can draw that will turn things around fast enough.

I use pika ex+zapdos and the AI has only misty sniped me twice out of the 30+ matches I've played to finish the missions. Even if they pull misty early, your second pika ex or zapdos can soak a hit while you load up pika on the bench.

They count. Any rarity variant of [cardname] in the set counts as that pokemon, see picrel. You can clear the basic 'get the bibs' mission with the regular 3 diamonds, with the EXes, with the 2* full arts, or with the rainbows - and the missions will update to whatever the highest rarity is too. When I cleared this I certainly didn't have the rainbow brigade, but since I now have them they show up instead.

How megas will work in pocket? Pokemon which the mega is the only evolution they have won't have a problem as it can be just a pokemon EX but the ones where the mega is a third stage maye be complicate.
