Pull rates for Prismatic Evolutions look awful. I'm seriously considering cancelling my ETB and other shit I got for MSRP when I preordered last year.
Realistically, is there any way to get muh Moonbreon without breaking the bank? I skipped on ES because the pull rates were such ass, and I just never got around to buying singles. Work had me so cucked back then. Do I just have to stalk ebay for someone selling a cheap ungraded one? Everything is fucking slabbed. I don't mind if it's a little damaged or whatever - I'm uninterested in grading and reselling so imperfections are okay.

went to my local card show for the first time and got 3 cards (poliwhirl 151 not shown). Got Rosa for 185, miriam for 28 and poliwhirl for 17. Not too bad for my first adventure out. I thought they'd do 15% of tcg prices but most of them were doing full market price of ebay with barely any discounts. Or you just have a bunch of people spending $150 on an ETB that yields less than $10 of cards. I can't imagine people wanting to experience that feeling more than once.

also you should understand if you are along time collector is that there are people that buy tons of shit that can afford to. >>57209663 like this dude. they will open 10k packs like Deriums Pokemon. they will take the best of the best cards and grade them then sell them for profits and flood the market with singles. there is a 1/3 hit rate in booster packs. its fundementally cheaper and better to buy singles than buy boxes. since you could have 5000 packs of sealed. then 1/3 of those are hits. so 1666 packs will have a holo. most the time you will get like 2-4 good hits per booster box. so lets be generious and just say its always going to be 4. so out of 5000 packs you will get 416 relativly good hits. now thats not even the chase card. chase cards are a 1/6 chance most the time. so out of 5000 packs you are looking at maybe 69 S tier pulls. now you can either just straight up buy chase cards like most people and stop being retarded believing in the sealed myth. or believe in the sealed myth. take up a bunch of space. but on big scale pokemon cards are predictable. it IS a 1/3 hit rate for english. i been collecting for a long time. dont test me.

I've only used it once and it seemed a little funky with two of the higher tiers (one that, presumably, should've been cheaper was slightly more expensive), but I think it works pretty well in general in figuring out what's the cheapest way to order everything in the cart.It's a bit obtuse, though. The easiest way is just to add whatever cards you want in the quality you want, then in the cart select the cart optimizer thing. It'll figure out which vendors have which of the cards you want in the qualities indicated and the cheapest way to organize them all.
