He's never around it seems like, and any challenger who catches him leaving gets brushed off with the excuse of him having unspecified "business to attend to". One of my friends heard a rumour that he's a part of the mob, but it seems a bit Farfetch'd... I mean... the League would never employ a criminal, right? But still, he gives off a scary and dangerous vibe. His eyes seem cold and empty even on his gym bust, which collects more dust by the day.
