Only reason why it seems goor is because it's the optimal choice for a speedrun, and one of the big reasons why is because Lillipup gets Pick Up, which has a low chance of Rare Candies in Gen V.- Zebstrika is honestly kinda mid. It's decent early game but almost always falls off by the 7th or 8th gym.- Excadrill is actually quite decend, but far from broken- Conkeldurr is unlikely to be obtained. Cannot be obtained at all without trading.- Scolipede, Whimsicott and Lilligant are all decent but far from broken.- Krookodile is honestly pretty strong, probably one of the best mons for a casual playthrough.- Darmanitan, Scrafty, Cofagrigus. Neither are absolutely broken unless they're significantly overleveled.- Gothitelle is pretty decent, though from my experiences, Musharna and Reuniclus are generally better.- Amoonguss is strong. Spore spam can definitely get you pretty far.- Ferrothorn is good on paper but struggles to dish out damage during a playthrough.- Eelektross should've been available a Gym Earlier. It's ability is practically useless because a surprisingly low amount of mons run Ground move afterwards.- Chandelure, yeah it's pretty good, same with Haxorus.- Mienshao, Bisharp, Hydreigon, Mandibuzz, Volcarona....unlikely you'll even get to use these until endgame. In the sequels you might be able to get Volcarona or Mandibuzz early.- The rest are legendaries which aren't given to you for free. You either have to catch them, or buy a seperate application and play it for a few days.
