I've been browsing Hoenn HoF online for fucking YEARS and I hardly ever see Whiscash, remakes included. Because Hoenn has many objectively better candidates for Water-types and Barboach comes rather late, it's significantly less popular than say Tentacool or Azumarill. OP is one in a thousand.
