For official games BW because I immediately went back after beating N in the main story instead of doing what Looker told me to do, so it had the lowest level advantage for that e4. Colosseum was harder though.
For fan games, Insurgence because it has a league that is level scaled and X items only give you one stage in a stat increase and not two(like in Unbound or other newer fangames). The e4 member London was particularly challenging. But this was also my first solo run I ever did and I did somethings unobtimally
