Should Missingno. ever be canonized and if it was, how would you explain it in the lore?

It should have been the 1000th Pokemon and been canonized as Arceus' first attempts at creation or the first attempt at creating a Porygon and it resulted in just nothing but glitches.

>>57241130I just played a RBG romhack called "PureRGB", and Missingno is a catcable and useable Pokemon that is lvl 120 and has insane HP, Attack, and Defense, but it has like 5 in Speed and Special. It doesn't learn anything naturally, but it can learn every TM and HM. Its sprite alternates between the Ghost, fossil Aero, fossil Kabutops, and Missingno.So something like that would be neat. I don't think it's *really* explained in that romhack, but there is some sort of machine postgame you can access that spits out Missingnos when you interact with it, and there is some sort of weird bunker type thing that houses the machine and there are PCs you can read about how they don't know what the machine does and that they should shut it down.
