What happened to green? Will Gen 10 bring green back?
>>
>>57245625
blue but with ruby and pearl
>>

just as retarded as the other thread

they've sorta done it on and off
>>
>>57245646

Look at the colors of their eyes retard.
>>

In general I identify way more with blue (and green) because I like the cooler colors more than the fiery ones, but for Pokemon I am nearly always on the side of the red games. I prefer Lugia/Silver and Xerneas/X though, and for DP I prefer Giratina over either but played Diamond first if that counts for anything. Every other instance is a preference for the red side.
>>
>>57245654
Lunala has red eyes and Solgaleo has blue eyes and look where they are
>>
>>57245625
counting my VC games and not counting third versions and counting the games I got first when I got both versions
> Red
> Silver
> Ruby (second game ever after Crystal)
> Pearl
> Heartgold
> White
> White 2
> X
> Sun
> Ultramoon
> Sword (used because of dexit only switch game)

Blue
Silver
Ruby
Diamond
Black
X
Sun
Shield
Violet

Is what I did. I regret not going Gold and Scarlet instead but otherwise feels good. Mostly chose based on exclusives of regular mons for my playthroughs but later on Ho-Oh became my favorite legendary and I ended up liking all the past paradox Pokémon vastly more but a friend was already locked into Scarlet and I wanted an easily completable dex.

Switch Reshiram and Zekron and make a new thread. Then I will engage with your question.

Their eyes represent Yin-Yang's eyes, where their eye colors match the opposites' main color. Reshiram was always canonically red adjacent while Zekrom is blue adjacent.

Red

I guess slightly red-pilled but we'll see if it evens out in gen 10

Blue

Unovan dragons are on the wrong side asshole
>>
>>57245625
I usually prefer the exclusive pokemon in blue versions.
But the vibe & aesthetics of the red versions appeal more to me.
Also the OP pic is wrong in some instances.
The game that comes first in the combined title is the red version and latter is blue.

Red

Palkia and Groudon being carried hard
>>
I went:
>Blue
>Crystal (I had two older sisters who already had gold and silver)
>Ruby
>Fire red
>Diamond
>Soul Silver
>white
>black 2
>X
>omega ruby
>Moon
>Ultra Moon
>Sword
>Scarlet

I have never skipped a mainline release even though I despised gen v and vi and never bothered finishing those games
>>
>Blue
>Silver
>Sapphire
>Diamond
>*skip*
>Y
>Moon
>Shield
>Violet
Simple as.
>>
>>57245625
this is what i went with over the years:
red (but prefer blue exclusives)
gold (but prefer silver exclusives)
ruby
leafgreen
pearl
soulsilver
white
white2
y
omega ruby
moon (hated the flipped day/night cycle so now prefer sun)
ultra sun
scarlet
>>
>>57245625
Considering Giratina, does Sinnoh have two red versions
>>
>>57245625
>Red
>Gold
>Ruby
>Diamond
>Black
>X
>Moon
>Shield
>Violet
Pretty mixed I guess.
>>
>>57247068
He's with Ivysaur, Rayquaza, Zygarde and Ogerpon in green
>>
>>57246688
>The game that comes first in the combined title is the red version and latter is blue.
OP is wrong, but sometimes they swap the order so it's not always red first, blue second.
With Diamond&Pearl, X&Y and Sword&Shield it's blue first, red after.
>>
>>57247107
Giratina isn't green
>>
>>57247174
If you look at the exclusive Pokemon available in each game, there's common trends with the red side and blue side.
You will see Diamond, X and Sword are the red versions.
>>
>>57247374
>nigga is trying to argue against the COLOR of the fucking pokémon
>>
>>57245625
Red
Crystal
Emerald
White
White 2
Platinum
X
Moon
Shield
Scarlet
so overall Red
>>
>>57245625
It's interesting to see this red-blue pattern they have with the first two box-art Pokémon of each gen. Should they break it someday?
>>
>>57247236
He likes Gardening
>>
>>57248481
If they haven't broken or dropped it now, it seems unlikely. Shit, they did "Red/Blue" THREE fucking times, not even counting the remake (RB, Ruby (red) Sapphire (blue) and Scarlet and Violet), this is their shtick.
>>
>>57248328
yeah, it's not actually about the colour that's the point.
there's an A version and B version of every game and it follows a specific pattern if you look closely.
