Niantic saw another oportunity to dilooot the task pool and took it. Now during Comm. Day you will get tasks that will reward you with Mega Energy for any of Ralts' megas. In theory this should help you in case you don't have energy for any of them, but in reality it will make you spin a lot of stops in order to get the tasks you want, specially if you're grinding for hundo Ralts from regular research.

Are you talking about for raids? Raids in general seem to have developed a shit ton of bugs recently, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was unintentional. For some reason party power doesn't reset after you use the boosted charge move the first time, so you can effectively only use it once per raid now, which makes absolutely no sense. It almost killed my first attempt at a Dialga duo with the alt.

on top of being just an overall worse psychic, you ideally want your mega gardevoir to run charm + dazzling gleam since she's THE de facto Dragon Destroyer for raids. Seriously, she's the best Fairy type in the game bar none, she's just a menace for raids.
It should be fine for a mega gallade though, but even then you'd still rather run the superior psychic instead.
But if you want to keep synchronize for the memories, you can do that too. I'm definitely keeping it on a few of my blues myself

The reason why your Primeape is level 9 is because it was level 9 in pogo. Since pogo needs candies and shit to evolve and not exp, it's possible. You can have a level 1 Tyranitar for example.
Sizes are translated. XXS is guaranteed to become the smallest size (XXXS) and receive a Mini Mark in SV. Same with XXL / XXXL / Jumbo Mark. XL's and XS's can also become them, but it's not consistent.
Legendaries and mythicals from pogo cannot enter games unless the same species is registered in that game first. This can be circumvented by sending them to an alt Home account, then trading them via friend trade to your main Home account.
