Only Regieleki (no bulk) and Deoxys Speed (poor HP and weak to Dark) outspeeds Mega Gren. I know that Speed is the most important stat in the game so that's a boon.However it looks like Mega Gren might lack some of Ash-Gren firepower, especially without access to items. Also what moves could benefit from Technician (aside from Water Shuriken)? I am not really an expert on all of this.

>>58252462The difference is that Ash Greninja can hold a item like Life Orf, Scarf, Specs, Sash even Z-Move. Mega Greninja will be great only if it has +30 Speed, +40 Sp.Attack and +30 Attack with some broken ability like Adaptability or even Water Bubble
