They are fixed to those spots and more often than not will spawn there at any time.-Example of the second is Pidgeot in a rooftop where otherwise Pidgeotto and Pidgey spawn. It happen often but not always.-Example of the third, Wild Area 1 can spawn Alpha of anything at any spot once the mechanic is unlocked, it also now has a fixed Alpha Pidget spot in the rooftop zone of it and the rare spawn Pichu can also spawn as an Alpha.And shiny can stack with alpha pokemon.

I still think the berries and shit was too situational to be useful, I just used normal balls and never had a problem, if anything the only usage berries, mud and that stuff had that they should have added is that you can use the hit as distraction, same as pokeballs, while ZA balls now hit something else without distracting the pokemon
