No. I reset using backup save to get female absol and it get different nature every time.

You can also get different nature for galarian stunfisk too by resetting. Not sure if it can be female though

The mints are so cheap that I never worried about natures playing through the story. It's faster to just earn the money for a mint than to autistically reset on everything.
