Obviously EQ is one, I would want to assume Surf and Heat Wave as well? What do you mean by “harder to use depending on where the monster fires the attack from”? Firing from the mouth is actually a huge problem on Scolipede for example
It's head is too damn high, so if you're too close, Gunk Shot and Pin Missile will whiff right over your target
It may just be on a case by case basis based on each specific Pokémon's anatomy

It's generally better to be bigger because attacks are bigger, the benefits to being small are basically:

>smaller target
>less likely to be seen and targeted
>can sneak up on other players more easily
The last two are less tangible than the former

How are you guys beating all the Xerneas teams in ranked? Season 2 feels fucked because Xerneas is, as expected, completely absurd and it's so easy to cover for Steel attacks with a Fire-type. I'm seeing a lot of Chandelure paired with Xerneas so even going Metagross doesn't feel great.

As far as I'm concerned the true "meta" is letting opponents group up and nuking them from far away with long-range AoEs. Blizzard Glaceon, Heat Wave Chandelure, Thunder Ampharos, etc. Have the situational awareness to know when to take an L, get knocked out and revenge kill everyone else. I got to A without using Xerneas once. Dragonite, Glaceon, Chandelure.

Is there a guide to the drop rates for ranked? I'm getting first and second but the apriballs seem like they rarely appear.
