You can have more than 1 Giovanni radar, but how you get them is kinda important:
- You can stack multiple Team Rocket Takeover researches, and as such you can have multiple radars available at any time. But if any of these researches is still ongoing or unfinished by the time the next one drops, you won't receive it

I think I'm just gonna burn a bunch of raid passes on Dusk Mane, even though I probably don't need any more Solar Energy. I'm still something like 7 raids away from lvl. 73 and at least a dozen people in my friends list are already lvl. 75 (most of them spoofers). I have a hundred passes just sitting in my inventory and I don't think it's big-enough of a lose using them on Dusk Mane over Dawn Wings, especially when I'll get rare candy XL for those raids.

Dusk Mane (the lion fusion) is skippable if you have Zacian, Zamazenta and to a lesser degree Mega/Shadow Metagross, so there's a lot of competition in that regard. Dawn Wings (the bat fusion) is the best ghost type attacker and will probably remain as such in the foreseeable future.

We had like a full month with increased XP for everything. There was a level rebalance so they gave out a shit ton of XP. Even if you missed that, just do your daily raid, catch some mons, spin stops and do max raids and you'll get a fuck ton. There's also a free 1km daily egg that gives you an easy daily 10k.

Depends on what you mean by "value". You get a guaranteed lucky trade when you trade a Mon from 2016-2019 (you can do up to 35 of these), so you should keep at least around that amount for trades. Though you should make sure you’ve got shinies got Jolteon, Vaporeon and Flareon before transferring away your shinie Eevees. Without the name tricks it’s random chance on which of those you get.
Personally I don’t tranfers away Shinies but I’m a hoarder and have the space to to keep them and know peope close by who would want them. If you don’t care about shinies or a living dex or whatever it’s best to just transfer it.

When you're doing PVP where at the top level you want perfect PVP IVs.
But if you're just raiding then it honestly doesn't matter. The difference between 0* and 4* is only like 10%, which I guess MIGHT matter if you're soloing on duoing, but in larger groups it's irrelevant. And the difference between 12/12/12 and 4* is basically nothing.
Shadow or Mega, and especially having the correct moves matters way more.

Nowadays, it doesn't matter nearly as much as it used to. Before they fucked up raids in 2024, the difference between a 1-star and a 3 or 4-star Pokémon actually could matter a lot to the point where you would be better off using a 3-star Shadow Hariyama over a 0 or 1-star Shadow Machamp, but now a lot of raid bosses occasionally spam 4-5 charge moves in a row, which often completely negates the raw DPS/TDO gap and makes luck more important than anything else.

It still does matter in GO Battle League, for the most part. If you don't really care about the occasional loss because you lost charge move priority (CMP) or your Pokémon wasn't bulky enough, then it doesn't matter there either.

It technically also matters in showcases, but that's all basically luck anyway. The only thing to really take away from that info is that a purified version of your shadow Pokémon will almost always count for more points than the shadow will, but even then it's only an extra 5-10 points.

use something that has a quickly charging fast attack, and abuse the switch-in lag to get a couple of attacks in for free.
for example, I always tend to use a scizor, lucario, and something for the shadow lego at that time. get a couple fast attacks in with scizor, then switch to lucario immediately and it will stop persian from attacking for a couple seconds. then blitz his two shields with lucario and you should have already killed persian with just fast moves by this point. keep nuking the second mon with lucario and scizor, and hope they survive long enough to get in a charge move on the lego before you use your last mon.

If you mean in terms of levels, then the answer is probably around level 30-40 (post rework). By then you should have some mons that you can use on raids that didn't require you to invest in (and whose IVs didn't really mattered because they had high CP).
What the other anons didn't mention (and that you probably know) is that investing in a Mon is quite expensive, so it's always better to invest in one that's good and "worth it". That is not to say that you shouldn't invest/plan to invest in anything that's not 4*, but you should aim for the highest non-alterable stat (IVs).

In terms of PvP IVs, you should start taking them into account around the same time. PvP (or tanking) is an incredibly easy way to get dust, rare candy and an occasional legendary, and you should take advantage of it. Out of the 3 leagues, both the Great and Ultra just want mons with Low Attack and High Defense and HP (as a rule of thumb). Meanwhile, for the Master League you want mins with the highest IVs possible. One last thing yo keep in mind is that not every Mon is good for PvP (even if it has "perfect" IVs for it), so you should probably check PvPoke (very good pvp website) for the tierlists.

I managed to host two Dawn Wings in before work. Might be able to get 1 more during my lunch break. That'll save me some trouble tonight. If I can get 1000 lunar energy with only 3 remote raids I'll be happy.
These are the days where I wished I was at the office so I could abuse the gym there all day and get like 3000 energy from hosting. People who have a gym outside their home are blessed. I managed to make 4 new stops outside my house but none of them are gyms, rest of the area is already saturated.

It depends anon. There are some things you should keep in mind:
1. IVs won't make all that much of a difference in a raid (especially one with a lot of other raiders), but it's always good to invest in a high IV mon than one with lower IVs because it's expensive to power up Pokémon.
2. Shinies are purely cosmetic and they are indeed rarer (even more so if you score a shiny with a background).
3. The golden cap is a ($15) paid item.

If you don't care about aesthetics and want a purely functional mon, then go for the highest IV. If you really want to use the shiny and/or are already set on buying the gold cap whenever it comes back, then go for the shiny.

Certain Pokémon obtain "special" moves during certain events (be it a CD or a raid day) which cannot be taught through normal means afterwards (like using a normal TM or evolving). These moves can be that mon's signature move, a powerful/meta move or whatever Niantic wants.
In the case of Corviknight, it had a Community Day where, if you evolved its preevo during the 7 or so hours the event lasted (and the additional week it got), you'd get a Corviknight with Air Cutter.
Every year we get an end-of-year CD that has all the mons from that year and the previous' CDs. You can also evolve these mons to get their legacy moves during the event.

If you are asking whether you can use a regular TM to get rid of a legacy move then yes, you can, and in some cases it's the preferable thing to do.
If you're asking whether you can use a regular TM to give a mon its legacy move (instead of an Elite TM) then no, you can't. Only during very specific events can you do that, like the most recent ZA launch one where you could use a normal TM on the starters to obtain their legacy moves.

Sometimes there are events that will temporarily add Legacy moves to the regular movepool meaning there will be be a chance that the Legacy move will show out on a Pokémon after using a regular TM on it. Out of all of these Garchomp is priority, with Absol in second place and Meowscarada in third place. Rapidash with its legacy move is alright in pvp
Gardevoir might even be a downgrade with its legacy move.

Did you buy the ticket? If so then probably regular incense as you can get the lake trio with good shiny odds + Mighty mons. If you didn't then maybe, but it's not guaranteed you'll find the birds + you'll probably need to use the adventure effect for quite some time.
My advice would be for you to use your daily incense after 6pm, that's when the event ends for today buy you still have the chance of using safari balls.

Anon, all of those Pokémon are bad. None are worth using the silver cap on. Rhyperior maybe if you PvP, Ursaluna if you wanna have a shundo with a hat, but nothing there's genuinely worth it. My only suggestion would be to use it on a good mythical (Eternarus, Zygarde) or a powerful legendary (the Necrozma fusions, the Kyurem fusions, the origin duo, the legendary dogs, etc) even if they don't end up being a hundo.
