no, you just hold ZR and press side to switch targets. The main problem is because of their size, you might not see them coming because other larger pokemon take up most of the screen or simply block line of sight to the smolmons. Tall pokemon might also miss their attack because of the angle needed to hit a target

Bench resetting doesn't work for any spawns higher than 10 meter, anon. You have get roof pokemon to spawn by climbing up ladder every time you reset.

You just got unlucky with skarmory because it's single spawn.

Mawile and Lampent are not affected by the bench respawn. So you're only resetting the Skarmory and Pyroar. Sewers is the best/fastest place to reset Litwicks. Just use distance spawning/despawning and you'll get to odds in a very short amount of time.

This thing is bananas and obliterates everything that stands in front of it with STAB Guts-boosted Belly Drum attacks, why can't you evolve Ursaring in SV?

Mega Meganium might do the same thing better but I’ve found tons of success with Venusaur in Ranked.

Growth, Sludge Wave, Solar Beam, Earth Power is a super solid mix of coverage. EP OHKOs most Excadrills and can clean up even slightly damaged Metagrosses and using a Growth before firing off instant plus solar beams is much stronger than people realize. I haven’t even been Mega Evolving, just slapping a Life Orb on him.

Sludge Wave is just there for Xerneas who can’t really touch Venu either

Been using Chandelure, Clefable and Avalugg and finding some success. Avalugg doesn’t really do anything until it’s time to OHKO a Garchomp, and even then it’s tough to get to them without them seeing me coming. I tried Furfrou for a few days, and then tried Watchog for a few days. For the most damage with Normal Gem + Giga Impact, then Watchog's better since you can set up with Swords Dance (Furfrou only gets Work Up). Otherwise, yeah, they're pretty interchangeable.
What I liked doing with Furfrou is, instead of running a set-up move, giving it a Silk Scarf and doing Double Edge + Giga Impact back-to-back on the same target. Other moves were Wild Charge for Gyarados (one positive it has over Watchog), and then Ice Fang for Garchomp.

I tried it, and its kinda fun for being an annoying block of ice that wont die. But realitically you want to just switch out because avalugg is slow and you really feel those cooldowns.
Queue your attack right after garchomp starts charging up an earthquake. The weakness policy boost will hit and then your attack will go through.

Avalug can tank like 4 quakes. But watch out for special fire attacks.

My experience playing the game is that often a weakness reducing item or assault vest is more useful than the majority of megas when legendaries are allowed too.

I've tried the Calm Mind set and it's actually good, but you need something to deal with Metagross because Earth Power doesn't quite cut it sometimes. And I prefer Diamond Storm over Power Gem.
