Today's news bumped us off, but we're back after letting everything settle a bit.
Bump.
Tonight Im starting VoltWhite 2 Redux EVless Challenge Mode Nuzlocke.Lets see how it goes.
I just best the first elite four member Shauntal. Fat Twat took out her Cofagrigus with Flamethrower, Daisy took out her Golurk with Surf, Monty took out her Chandelure with Earthquake and Leafy took out her Jellicent with Leaf Blade. To easy.
I just beat the second elite four member Grimsley. Daisy took out Scrafty with a Fly then a Aerial Ace, Leafy took out Krookodile using Leaf Blade, Red took out Liepard with a Msgahorn and then took alot of damage from Bisharps Night Slash which only made one Reversal powerful enough to one shot Bisharp dead.
I just beat the third elite four member Caitlin. Cleo took out Reuniclus with Shadow Ball, Leafy took out Musharna with X Scissor, Monty took out Sigyliph with Rock Slide and Red took out Gothitelle with Megahorn.
I just beat the fourth elite four member Marshal. Fat Twat took out Throh with Flamethrower, Cleo took out Sawk with Shadow Ball, Fat Twat came back again to take out Conkeldurr with Flamethrower and finally Daisy used Fly when Mienshao used High Jump Kick which caused Mienshao to miss, take damage and then get hit with the Fly killing it.
>>58981897Sounds like you had a smooth run of the E4 itself. Just need to get past the hurdles that are N and Ghetsis.
>>58981340I lost to the first gym
>>58980290do people still sperg out and go on anti-nuzlocke tirades in these threads?
Just started Blue Version
>>58981897nice! you're on your way to beating the game!>>58982605it's closer to being passive-aggressive anti-nuzlocke posts but yes.>>58983054good luck, you won't need it.
>>58980290What's the difference between a moon nuzlocke and an ultra moon nuzlocke?
>>58983822a moon nuzlocke is where you nuzlocke Pokémon moon version.an ultra moon nuzlocke is where you nuzlocke Pokémon ultra moon version.
>>58983881how could you do this to me gator
>>58983921hey, I could have just said "ultra"
>>58983942Come home gator
Today has been exhausting.Alright so today I beat the elite four as usual which I've already typed out how I beat them. Then i had to plan how to beat both N and Ghetsis which I knew was gonna be tough and I had to battle them two times in a row, I spent all night planning. First I caught the Reshiram in Ns Castle and then I finally took on the King of Team Plasma N himself. First his Zekrom set up Light Screen but Monty managed to take his legendary out with a few Earthquakes, then came his Klinklang in which I had Fat Twat use Flamethrower, actually it turned out to be an Illusion done by Zoroark who tricked me. Not to worry because Fat Twat took out Zoroark with Arm Thrust. Then came Carracosta, Leafy used Leaf Blade but Carracosta survived due to Sturdy and used Stone Edge but Leafy managed to dodge and land one more Leaf Blade to kill Carracosta for good. Next came his actual Klinklang which fell to Fat Twats Flamethrower, then Monty took out his Archeops with Metal Claw and finally Fat Twat took out Ns last friend, his Vanilluxe with Flamethrower ending the battle. After that battle was over then it was time for the battle against the leader of the Seven Sages Ghetsis and the entire fucking battle stressed me out and I did not have fun. First Monty struggled but eventually took out his Cofagrigus with multiple Earthquakes, next was dealing with his ace Hydreigon which was a fucking nuisance because it knows Surf and non of my pokemon are effective against it, it took forever and lots of healing but Fat Twat finally killed it with Arm Thrust, next came his Bouffalant which I had Monty use Earthquake to kill it, then Leafy one shotted Seismitoed with one Leaf Blade, afterwards Monty used Rock Slide to deal with Eelektross which was difficult and then finally Fat Twat used its Arm Thrust to take out the Bisharp and the battle was finally over. It was hard but it was satisfying atleast, I felt relief. The nuzlocke is not over. I'm still not the champion.
>>58984223Okay yesterday these battles against the elite four and N and Ghetsis was supposed to happen but I went out and I was tired when I got home. I ended up doing it all throughout the night and it's kept me up all night.Irrelevant but I really think it's stupid and annoying that N heals your pokemon after you beat him because if your pokemon died, per the rules of the nuzlocke, they should stay dead and if the game is gonna have N revive a dead pokemon, then make it so the player can save before the Ghetsis fight and leave, go to the pokemon center and put the dead pokemon in the grave. It's so fucking annoying that the game does not give you the chance to save before the Ghetsis fight and if N is gonna fully revive your team afterwards, let the go to the pokemon center first.Take Barry in platinum for example, he heals your pokemon before you go into the distortion world but you are given the choice to save before that happens and even leave Mt Coronet entirely and go to the pokemon center. And if the whole point is you battle Ghetsis directly after N, then why have N heal your pokemon? That never happens in-between elite four fights.
>>58983822The Ultra games are more difficult than the base Alola games, they make alterations to events and battles like what some of the Totem Pokemon are, Ultra Necrozma waiting to end your run if you don't prepare, and there's the Rainbow Rocket plot in the post game.
>>58984223>toxic>shadow ball>psychic>protectno idea how Excadrill can struggle against Cofagrigus. you can spam X-items and there's nothing he can do about it.>>58984255I agree for the most part. I had to spam Paralysis Heal on a healthy Pokémon just to kill it off, since it died against N during the Ghetsis fight just to waste turns and kill it again.
>>58984418I messed up the sentence structure in the second half of my post but it's late, I'm tired, and you guys know what I mean.
Alright before I go to bed, I just want to say I think the new pokemon trailer looks good. I think it's based in the Sunda islands. Looking forward to nuzlocking it.
>>58984594Nah ww looks like shit
>have to change my system clock so I can get an eligible encounterAm I the only one that has always hated this shit? I vastly prefer either the game having no day/night cycle or a ingame day/night cycle, real time is kind of soulful but it’s so inconvenient
>>58984255I'm pretty sure that there's lone, single PC hidden in N's Castle? I just don't remember if it's available between N's and Ghetsis's fights.
Is it true Lazarus is un-nuzlockeable?

I was so scared of losing Gothorita to STAB Hyper Fang that I completely misplayed by using Charm on the Watchog. I should have Stun Powder'd the Swoobat after it used Calm Mind because the priority from Prankster ensured that I out-speed. then Herdier could have killed slowed Swoobat with the second Crunch, but I suspect that Gothorita would have died to STAB Hyper Fang. I always train Cottonee believing it has a niche as a crippler, but it's always gotten killed before I could evolve it (I wait until it learns Charm). I finally managed to evolve it only for it to get 1-shotted by a Calm Mind-boosted STAB Air Slash. I even have a blood sacrifice Purrloin I could have switched to. I really should stop playing when I'm not at 100%.>>58991825I know>55 BP --> 110 BP + STAB = 165 BPI know and I HATE it
Update to my party.Route 25 caught me off guard a couple times and I paid the price. A Rattata got a critical Hyper Fang against my Wartortle. And Slowpoke's confusion reeked havoc on my party. I actually had to sacrifice Rattata in order to save my whole run.

There are some people that count water sections as different areas. So for example they would catch a pokemon on route 10 and then fish for another one and use both.Thoughts on that?I think they are huge faggots.
>>58994638Personally I think that’s retarded.
>>58994638that's just cheating but then again, there's no way to enforce any rules. they're just ruining their fun
>>58994638sounds like their runs end with half of all their Pokémon being water types
Today I caught a Golduck at the Village Bridge, then a Combee and a Solrock and finally a Sneasel at the Giant Chasm.
page 9 bump!
>>58994638I think i see the logic, like Inner and Outer Pinwheel Forest having different encounter tables, but multiple catches on the exact same route goes against the spirit of the Nuzlocke.
I think Im going to make some changes on my VoltWhite2 Redux Challenge Mode run, since that game is very hard.First, Im going to open all the eggs even if I already catched a pokemon on that route. This gives me 3 extra pokemon if Im not wrong. And maybe, I wont count gift mons as encounters. I think rhis games has 5 giftmons, the starters of all gens. But 2 of them are in places without encounters, so this gives me 3 extra pokemon. For a total of 6 pokemon, most of them in the early game.
my trusty MALAYSIAN got ohko'd by a magnitude 10 just outside of rock tunnel, luckily I found a replacement machop in said tunnel. Just beat blue in the pokemon tower; I don't think I'll have too much issues with erika but I'm somewhat concerned about rocket hideout
>>58994638DefinitelyWhat about in-game trades or gift pokemon counting for that area though?
>>58996619I think gifts count as an allowence if the area has grass and a gift but if an area has multiple gift options like celedon city you can only get 1

>>58997201yeah, he's mentally ill.
Second gym done, turned out better than expected. I lost some useless guys and charmeleon.
>>58958780The first task after Brock was to clear the group of mandatory trainers on Route 3. I leveled up Knuckles, then fought the trainers one by one. I was successful, but now Knuckles was already at level 14, which meant it was sitting right at the level cap for Misty.I leveled Knuckles, because with only one Pokémon, a lot of things that would ordinarily be manageable can end the run on the spot. But once Knuckles hit the cap, it was hard to find places to send him out until I beat Misty. So the next step was to rebuild my team. I had three more encounter areas left before Cerulean City; Route 3, Route 4, and Mt. Moon.I tackled Route 3 first and caught a Spearow. I named it Javelin.Next was my Mt. Moon encounter, a Zubat, which I named Scree. That left Route 4, which meant choosing between the Pokémon Center Magikarp and rolling the dice in the grass west of Cerulean. It might seem like a bad choice, but I went with Magikarp.Since Gyarados is locked until after Lt. Surge under these caps, the grass encounter would normally be the obvious choice, but I wanted a relatively bulky Water resist for Cerulean Gym. So I bought the Magikarp and named it Flop.I picked up a Rare Candy in Mt. Moon, alongside a useful TM in Mega Punch.I then did some grinding on my new Pokémon. Flop was by far the most tedious to grind. I started out by switch-training it, but since Flop needed more EXP than Javelin and Scree combined, I had to change my strategy. I would exhaust Flop's Splash PP against Metapods in Viridian Forest, use Struggle against wild Pokémon, and heal up once Magikarp's health was low from recoil. That got all my Pokémon, including Flop, close to the level cap.
>>58997554There were two more trainers I had to beat to get to Cerulean City. The first was a Super Nerd guarding the fossils in Mt. Moon. Scree took down the Super Nerd's team with support from Javelin.I took the Helix Fossil, of course, and then healed up in the Pokémon Center. Now the Jessie & James fight was the only thing separating me from Cerulean City. It went horribly wrong. It started well enough. I opened with Scree again, and it Leech Life'd Jessie and James's Ekans to death having only lost half its health. Meowth was their next Pokémon, and their most dangerous one. I switched in Knuckles right into a Scratch from Meowth. No problem, I thought, Knuckles will use Low Kick next turn.Next turn, Meowth hit Knuckles with Bite, and Knuckles missed its Low Kick. I selected Low Kick again only to watch the last turn repeat almost exactly — Knuckles once again missed its Low Kick and was hit with another Scratch. Now Knuckles was one hit away from death, and Meowth was still at full health. My would-be Meowth counter had failed, but I knew I wouldn't be able to beat Blue in Cerulean City without Knuckles, so I decided to switch out rather than risk Knuckles' death. After Javelin used Growl to lower Meowth's Attack, and Peck to lower its HP, I sent out Scree, but it died to a critical hit Bite. I had no choice but to bring Knuckles back out, and this time it finally landed Low Kick.Jessie and James sent out Koffing, and Knuckles used Leer to lower Koffing's Defense but was forced out after being poisoned by Smog. I switched in Javelin, who was only able to use Peck once before dying to a Tackle. Finally, my last healthy Pokémon, Flop, was able to KO Koffing with Struggle. With Scree and Javelin dead, the fight EXP was spread between my living party members, resulting in Knuckles leveling up to level 15, putting him above the level cap for Misty. This meant that I was down to one Pokémon again.
>>58997556I used an Escape Rope to get out of Mt. Moon and boxed Knuckles. After healing, I made my way back through the cave. Luckily, Flop outspeeds even the fastest wild Zubat in Mt. Moon, so getting through it wasn’t too dangerous.I emerged from Mt. Moon with Flop in hand, and once I hopped the ledge into Cerulean, there was no turning back. My first stop was to receive Bulbasaur, which I named Sprout. It ended up being the most important Pokémon for the next two battles.I also grabbed the Rare Candy hidden behind the house in the northwest part of town, then stocked up on Potions and Repels at the Poké Mart.Sprout was only level 10, so I trained it against wild Pokémon on Route 4 to level it up. Soon, both of my Pokémon were level 14, and I entered Cerulean Gym. Cerulean Gym has one Swimmer blocking the way to Misty, so I took her on first. She has only a Goldeen, but it's level 19 and knows Peck, which is super effective against Sprout.I led with Sprout. Goldeen outsped and used Peck, taking over half of Sprout's HP, while Sprout answered with Leech Seed. On the next turn, Goldeen used Supersonic and missed, and Sprout landed Vine Whip for a big chunk. After that, I switched to Flop, who stalled long enough for Leech Seed and Struggle to finish the job.Next was Misty, and with only two Pokémon, this was a fight I expected to lose.I opened with Sprout again, and Misty opened with Staryu. I got lucky with Misty using an X Defend instead of Tackle on one of its turns, allowing Sprout to KO Staryu with Vine Whip with more than half of its HP remaining.Misty sent out the powerful Starmie. Sprout used Growl twice, then Leech Seed, and then Vine Whip for the remainder of the fight. Starmie mostly just used Harden instead of attacking, handing me the win. I didn't even have to send out Flop. Here’s the Misty fight:https://files.catbox.moe/gz4ilu.mp4Now Blue is next, and after that it’s Bill, the S.S. Anne, and Vermilion City.

>>58997560With the level cap increasing by four, it was time for some more grinding. I leveled Flop to 18 and Knuckles to 17, then moved towards Nugget Bridge to initiate the third rival battle.Knuckles led my team, and faced off against Blue's Spearow. Spearow knows Fury attack, and the threat of the rare critical 5-hit Fury Attack loomed large. Two Karate Chops neutralized the threat.Blue's second Pokémon is a Sandshrew, a Ground-type, so I switched to Sprout. A Vine Whip left Sandshrew with a sliver of HP remaining, and a second Vine Whip finished the job.Sprout stayed in against Rattata, who moved first and used Tail Whip. Sprout responded with a crit Vine Whip for a clean OHKO.Last was Eevee, who isn't as tough as Blue's other Pokémon. I used the opportunity to spread the experience around, switching in Flop and finally Knuckles to finish with Karate Chop.Next I fought the Nugget Bridge trainers, carefully choosing who to use so nobody would level up to 19 too early. By the time I beat the Rocket Grunt at the end of the bridge, Sprout and Knuckles were both at the cap. I also got a Nugget, which I sold.Route 24 has a gift Pokémon, a Charmander, which I accepted. I named the Charmander Cinder. I leveled up Cinder to Level 17, then used a Repel with Cinder, who is now a Charmeleon, in the lead to manipulate my encounter. That made a wild Pidgey all but guaranteed, so I caught the Pidgey and named it Zephyr. With the other Pokémon at the level cap already, Cinder and Zephyr fought their way through Route 25 to Bill's House, bringing both of them to the level cap in the process. Zephyr evolved into a Pidgeotto, meaning the majority of my team is now composed of middle evolutions. Now all of my Pokémon are at the level cap again. I have to fight the Rocket Grunt in Cerulean City and then I'll be able to catch two new Pokémon on Routes 5 and 6.

>>58997159>>58997516Third gym done. This run is going very well so far.
today's excursion has been a disaster. an Emolga 1-shotted my Lv. 38 Krokorok with critical hit Acrobatics (yes, at full health), who was a mere two levels away from evolving. I should have used Rare Candies to get to its fully evolved form to improve its bulk and survival odds. then a Garbador's Body Slam killed my Lv.37 Scolipede with a critical hit (I had Iron Defense x2 set up but crits bypass buffs). I also encountered a trainer's Darmanitan. it was scary but Stoutland had its DEF buffed from Scolipede's Iron Defense + Baton Pass, so it tanked Arm Hammer. I'll admit TM24 Thunderbolt is relevant but I'm not sure it's worth exploring this area as soon as you get Surf.I'm not emotionally devastated, however. this image was just one of the first ones that appeared when I searched Hilda and I thought it was fitting lol

Nothing notable since the last post other than more than half my team evolving. I'm praying for my own downfall at this point.

>>59003126The Kanto remakes are much simpler to play from a Nuzlocke perspective. There's no massive leap in levels like Johto or modern crutch mechanics that you're forced to engage with. They're one of the games recommended for first-time runs for a reason.

>>59003217Did a run to see how hard is Challenge Mode. Got rekt by Brawly, didn't get any Poison or Steel type for Roxie and ended up wiping to her Gastly with pic related as a team. Loaded from the save to see if I could do better but that was the best possible scenario I could have had.Time to return to Attempt #7 of EV less HC Nuzlocke in Normal mode. I have lost count of the attempts that I have done with the same game with EVs.
Do you guys have any rule for how much you use a pokemon center? Like, in a gym you have to defeat all the trainers before you can heal. Or you cant heal until you arr done with a route.
>>59003217>>59004546I dont fight the hoenn gym leaders unless I really want their items.Ive tried this run many times and I always fail, this time Im doing relatively well, heading to Elesa's gym and then hearthbreaker Charles. Its 2 triple battles in a row so theres no way I make it trough this. But I think if I lose Im just gonna restart the battle and at the end Ill see how many times I restarted.
I’m not doing a nuzlocke, but I want to beat FRLG using the worst fully evolved/single stage team possible. I have a team in mind, and I need you guys to see if I can make any real “improvements” to it.>Lickitung (I’m probably gonna cheat and make this my starter, if only so I have something to fight Brock with)>Parasect>Farfetch’d>Onix >Seaking>DittoI’m focusing purely on individual quality, with no thought regarding overall team quality. I’m also not focusing on contextual issues. Lickitung isn’t on this list because it’s an objectively poor trade, but because it’s a bad trade on its own terms. Likewise, Flareon wouldn’t be on here just because you’re wasting an Eevee.
Been playing Leafgreen the last few days and my Lapras, Caspian, just won the E4 and Champion fight solo. Lapras is perfectly designed to destroy the league with access to Psychic, Ice Beam, Surf and Thunderbolt.Caspian wasn't alone though! He had his friends alongside him, and even Micah (Butterfree) came in and risked a Rock Tomb from Bruno's Hitmonchan to put it to sleep so I could reset the speed drop from Rock Tomb on Caspian. But I only solo'd with Caspian cause the horrible learnsets of Gen 3 and single use TMs meant the rest of the team could not reach their fullest potential.Team lineupCaspian (Lapras)Ronin (Sandslash)Micah (Butterfree)Ladd (Raticate)Vino (Tauros)Ridley (Aerodactyl)Ladd was exceptional the entire time. Adamant + Guts is amazing. Honestly, him, Micah and Ronin held it together for the mid-game til we could get Vino, Caspian and Ridley added cause Dugtrio murdered my Ivysaur before the Electric gym. And then just kept losing Pokemon not long after catching them. So it got really scary there for a minute.Overall, this was a tough nuzlocke. I've already ran so many Kanto mons prior, so a lot of the time there was nothing for me to catch on a route. I don't think I would go through Gen 3 Kanto ever again because of how spoiled we are these days with unlimited TMs, vast movepools, and better ways to handle EV training. But I did enjoy my team, I think they're a great bunch, and I can't wait to bring them to Home and start fixing their stats and movepools. Except Ladd. Raticate for Gen 10 please. He's stuck in Home until then.
>>590024674th gym, this went really well considering its a triple battle, I even managed to keep my Swampert. This is a solid run so far.
>>59004618Brawly gives Meditite egg if you beat him. That would be immensely useful in Roxie fight and later on in the game as well. But even with calculator for planning, I couldn't make it deathless.Anyways, attempt 8-10 on normal mode were lost because of the crits from gym trainers. One has Whismur and another has Teddiursa. Those Uproar crits from Whismur with Fake Tears to counter the counter along with Headbutts from Teddiursa makes me wanna scream in rage. Attempt #11 - Fuck the Pig edition. I am picking Oshawott. At least Shell Armor will help me with those crits.
>protect>toxic>dive>aqua ring/wishconvince me not to use this in B2
What stops you guys from cheating in 999 rare candies and going to town? me personally it's because I don't want my pokemon to be obese fucks
>>59006209because I enjoy the experience of killing 1999 pidgeys before every gym
out of my last 5 encounters, 4 of them are physical atackers with - atack natures and 1 of them a special atacker with - sp atack nature. What are the odds of such terrible luck?
>>59006497
>>59006764Thats very low, and my next two encounters one was ok and the other eas literally the worst nature possible. Im abandoning this crap for now.

Today I caught a Fearow and that's it. Soon it's gonna be time to deal with the elite four again and the champion.
>>59007849Are you doing black 2 next
>>59007774You could always give it something like Return, or fully commit it to being an annoyance with a Screen move.

white easylocke>Lv. 42 Chandellure>Lv. 42 Stoutland>Lv. 41 Gothitelle>Lv. 31 KoffingI don't have a Driftveil City encounter because of species clause, so I spent 20 Super Repels and 20 Max Repels trying to find a Jellicent (5% encounter rate). I hate admitting defeat but maybe I should give up.
>>59008415Full on degeneracy. The ai deserves it though, it would use this strat to its full extent.
Been seeing a lot of rare candy arguing on Xitter. Generally I think people can do what they want, but some of the pro-rare candy arguments are very poor I feel. You could spend 20 hours grinding on the first route to level up your mons safely, but chances are you won’t do that unless you have actual mental issues. When you see things only through the lens of technically optimal play, when you’re a human, then I think that’s disingenuous.
>>59010924I feel the same. You can do what you what, but to me you're skipping a part of the game if you spam rare candies.

I COULD train a Remoraid but it's Hustle (changes to Suction Cups when evolved), not Sniper. I made it past Twist Mountain and now I'm at Iccirus City.>>59012327...huh
I'm planning to play Rutile Ruby or Star Sapphire soon, and I want to breed a monotype team and transfer them over at the start for use for the entire game. I'm insure what Pokemon to go for though, hoping to use a bunch of cool Pokemon I like but normally don't use for whatever reason, like them normally only being available near the end of the game or post game or whatever. What would be a good team that doesn't double up on secondary typings? Looking for ideas and suggestions. My top two type picks would be>Fairy>DragonIf Dragon then I for sure want a Hydreigon and a mega Altaria, but I'm unsure what else, probably Flygon. I like the idea of mega Chaizard X a lot but that's double up on the mega and it's not natively a Dragon. Fairy is my fave type but gen 6 is really hurting for variety with them, I should probably leave them until gen 7.Secondary type picks if neither of the above really work out:>Bug>IceMega Pinsir and Volcarona, fuck yeah I like the sound of that but I'm not sure what else I could add in there, Scizor I guess but I've no further ideas.Ice, uhhh mega Abomasnow and a Hail based team I guess? Could be fun.
>>59012384shawn pls
I challenged koga prematurely and barely survived without any KO's. Figured I'd get raped without an answer to blue's charizard, which IGGER no longer counters, so I evolved garbage into a jolteon; who successfully swept 3/5ths of his team with shock wave (benched [FILTERED]) Sabrina managed to kill progerian and rubber while I scrambled to take out her x2 calm mind alakazam- sort of a blessing as their final evos being trapped behind trading annoys me. Ended up catching SUCKER and later boneless to fill the gaps in the team. Blaine's up next.

>>59002299Next up was the Rocket Grunt in Cerulean City. I had to switch in all of my Pokémon to prevent Cinder from leveling up. It was now just 14 EXP away from level 19.After that I headed down to Route 5 and encountered an Abra. I expected the thing to Teleport away, but I managed to catch it in a Great Ball on the first turn. I named it Merlin.I taught Merlin Mega Punch so it had an attacking move, but even then Merlin was too weak to fight wild Pokémon safely. To work around that, I let it sit in the Day Care until it was close to evolving, then let it pick up the last level in battle. Merlin evolved into a Kadabra and learned Confusion, which made it much more useful. My next step was to fight the two trainers blocking the way to Vermilion City. During those battles, Merlin hit level 17, so I used a Repel to force a Pidgey encounter on Route 6 and named it Talon. Flop also leveled up to 19 during one of the fights, so I had to box it for now.I entered Diglett's Cave hoping to get a Diglett I could use for Surge, but the one I found was above the cap and won't be legal until after the gym. I named it Moley and boxed it.Normally this would be the time I'd fight all the trainers on the S.S. Anne, but with the caps this tight, I can't afford the EXP.The battle against Blue in the S.S. Anne was less of a fight and more of a puzzle about trying to make sure none of my level 18s gained enough experience to go over the cap. Once that was done, I grabbed HM01 Cut from the captain and watched the S.S. Anne sail off.I'll try and get through Route 9 so I can reach Rock Tunnel, hopefully I can catch a Geodude there. Otherwise, the Surge fight doesn't look good. His Raichu is fast and hits hard. All of my level 18s are close to going over the cap, so I'll have to rely on my level 17s, Talon and Merlin, to push through Route 9.
>>59007901White 2 next.
Today I caught a Graveler at Challengers Cave and this is my final capture.Amy advice for Alder the champion? And advice for the Cynthia fight too?And any advice on how to handle a cold? Since I've got one.

I was gonna wait a bit longer to post but I got to the hot springs on one island and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to gen hot springs images. IGGER managed to sweep blaine's first three pokemon before I had to switch him out for polish, who knocked arcanine out following a confusion off of water pulse. Looking back the ~10 level gap could have been really bad, I don't think I had any safe switches into fire blast. I'll try and play it a bit safer with giovanni, just one more to go.>>59013977Vitamin C maxxing is unironically the best thing you can do to reduce your symptoms
