That's why Gallade and Lopunny exists: reducing the trap/gay content, and giving the pokephiles a replacement. And it sort of worked. I feel Lopunny has a larger notoriety, but Gardevoir still remains queen. The funny thing is that when you see Lopunny now, everyone go "oh, you are one of those", and leave.
