we went to kalos tour in person and pogo players identified me and my wife (female) immediately and we ended up moving between raids with this group on and off throughout the day. they encouraged us to join them after the raids to do the "shiny summon". everyone would put their phones all in the middle of the ring almost touching at the raid reward screen and then everyone would click through to the catch screen at the same time. some people made like ascending aaaaaAAAAAHHHH type noises and people were laughing and carrying on. and then whoever got a shiny would cheer and people would be high fiving and shit. we cringed at first but we joined in for the sake of not being uptight autists and it actually was kind of fun. so maybe chill out and have some fun for once. just an idea. or be miserable. your choice.
