as a 2 energy psychic mega she will forever be competing with mega altaria, but mega altaria does more damage, is stage 1 instead of stage 2, and has a much less relevant weakness. literally all it has over altaria is diantha access, which is a shitty bricky heal that only works on garde after it's already attacked. lillie is bad enough that stage 2 grass decks run erika and stage 2 water decks run irida, diantha is even more restrictive so you do the math there.
and if you really wanted healing with a psychic mega, you could just slot double ice pops into altaria and call it a day instead of using six deck slots on the garde package. the card is just an abortion of design.
