The work to make this team perfect continues. We're onto Mega Scizor now in what used to be the Aerodactyl slot, as we were struggling with Fairies and Dragons. The biggest issue now is Incineroar, since we're almost completely physical attackers. It's not unbeatable by any means, but it's definitely an uphill battle.

As someone who used and will probably continue to use incin: those downsides are a good thing in a bo1. You seen KG and Milotic? Guess who isn't coming. Suddenly both of those are way less dangerous and easier to handle than whatever else they could have brought. You don't need fake out every game. Even against sneasler, sometimes it's fine to bring incin and switch it in an put a few times to make the sneasler hit like a wet noodle or bait a cc into a ghost you switch to. Sneasler deals not great damage into a lot of stuff if it isn't going for the super effective move. A lot of incin's problems, at least how I see it is related to people just wanting to click parting instead of hard switching and getting slapped or thinking cycling intimidate is somehow worse than dealing damage with it (not to say the attack heavy ones aren't good in some match ups).

Well his A-Ninetails and Dragapult were definitely taken out, and so were my H-Samurott and M-Scizor. My Torterra one shots the M-Gyara which fainted first before Torterra died from its own recoil, then I get shown the lose screen while the opponent is shown to have won. A lot of people are just smart enough to copy the best player's teams but not smart enough to understand those teams have more than 1 win con. you can make your own team at any point.
Preferably you have SOME idea as to what you wan; either its a playstyle you want to try out, or you really want to make a certain Mon good, or you want a certain theme in your team (mono bug, frog only, cutemons, etc).
Then explore to see if anyone already made it.
If not; boil the team down to at least two mons, that is the core of the team. The rest you can mix and match depending on what you need, either better matchups or more support.

Identify one Pokemon you want to use + how it works as your wincon, then build around it with Pokemon that facilitate that wincon, cover its weaknesses or act as a secondary wincon if team preview shows your main plan isn't going to be effective
