reminder that this finally emulates perfectly, set blending accuracy to high and enjoy
>>
I was testing on an emulator to see if I can produce good recordings for a YouTube series I want to do.
>>
is there a pcsx2 patch to use the triggers instead of the face buttons?
>>
Any tutorial for best performance?
>>
>>10868628
remap the inputs, dumbass
>>
>>10868628
I just remap the control in PCSX2 to mimic the Xbox version
>>
>>10868590
i don't really get the hype, it's incredibly mindless for the most part. and ugly like most ps2 games
>>
>>10869254
it's butiful at 1440p. also just really fun combo of car combat and street racing
>>
>>10868628
just use a dualshock 3 with analog face buttons pleb
>>
>>10868590
Xbox version is better. It actually emulates great too so play it on Xemu instead.
>>
>>10870363
will give it a try
>>
Getting component cables and playing it on real hardware is great, it is wild how good it looks 20 years later.
>>
>>10868642
no idea but blending accuracy on high is definitely not the most performance friendly. runs flawless with a good CPU tho
>>
4 is better
>>
Is it not on steam or something?
>>
Which Burnout was the one that featured a minigame that involved you trying to get the most points for making the most horrific crash possible?
I literally only attend NASCAR races so I can watch cars and drivers get fucked up.

Embarrassing.

do you not like having fun?
>>
>>10872856
yes
>>
>>10872525
the 1st one and paradise do not have crash mode
>>
>>10872856
NTA but it ain't really fun though I think the later games were better
>>
>>10869254
>>10873024
it's just a really well made 'feel good' game, not too hard, not too easy, and even when you fuck up it rewards you with funny shenanigans, what's not to like?
>>
>>10868645
I have, it's annoying to use the triggers in the menus
>>
>>10873589
not him but why do you need the analog input? I'm slamming boost drifts through the entire map 24/7. or do you just want to chill out in some of the time trials?
>>
>>10873632
I had an Xbox so I grew up using the triggers for this and other racing games, face buttons just don't feel right
>>
>>10873639
fair enuff

>not too easy,
You only really crash if you hit your front bumper but opponents crash whenever they accidentally scrape their paint from any side of their car. Add arcade handling on top of that and that other guy was right it is mindless. Later games made the player weaker and it's for the better really.
