I don't trust the FGC. For ages they went on about MVC1 being more balanced than MVC2 but then MVC2 got big at EVO and suddenly they all changed their tune.

I'ts like a 7/10 tier fighting game for the time. Nothing to write home about, as far as 2D fighters go, but also far from bad. The game also tied into the Double Dragon live action movie, and has a few clips from the film in grainy FVM form.
