I considered playing this but stopped because I don't think I'm at the point in my life where I should be simulating a daughter yet, so I played Silhouette Mirage instead.

There is a hidden breast size parameter, that you can see in one of the cheat shops, which ranges from 1 to 3 and determines whether her breasts are small, medium or large, and that's what affects the dialogue with the dragon and how she talks about herself. If you give her a pill that value just gets set straight to 3 (the PM wiki says it's increased by one but that's wrong), so giving her more than one pill doesn't do anything. And she can also just be a 3 naturally as the value is set randomly when you start a new game, in which case even one pill doesn't change anything.
