Because Ghideon Zhi is a little faggot who would go around calling dibs on a gorillion different translation projects and, back when RHDN was the epicenter of projects like that, he held (arguably still holds) massive fucking e-clout to continue having "exclusive" rights to translate all these games. This used to be about three times as long until newcomers, who don't know or abide by retarded forum shit, began doing translations for games that were on Gideon's list and he had no choice but to actually finish his work to avoid losing face.
