To those that still make CD/DVD backups of their games, what program do you use, at what speed do you burn cds and what brand of discs do you recommend?I use imgburn and my current speed is 8x, most of my PS1 games have worked fine with only one game (Parappa) having some small audio skips.

>>11518951When I burned games I did it on an old 12x IBM Thinkpad T42 running Windows 98. I had experimented with USB drives but found I kept getting bad burns. Could never get to that supposed sweet spot burn speed. I don't know how that scene is today but everything I got burning at AWS on that Thinkpad worked perfectly.Maybe old drives are just better.
