There is a big game con coming to my town in a few days. Looking to expand my PS2 and Sega collection. I have about 80 dollars saved up. Any recommendations?

Well the thing is, I went to the same one about 2 years ago. It was fucking awesome. I was really surprised, nearly ever vendor gave me a awesome price on loose sega games..i was drunk so Had the courage to just ask. It was great, they had a shit ton of free arcade game, smash tourn. I also remember someone had ordered like 20 dominoes pizza's.....i was starving..i just happened to ask one guy if i could just have one slice, turned out to be the guy running the convention , he sure then put two slices in my hand. it was fucking awesome.

Don't spend money. Pirate/Emulate. The Xbox does games better than PC versions. Driv3r is worth getting one for. But I may have nostalgia. I was very fit then and everything is better when you are fit. eBay is probably better value, but I understand the appeal of markets and shops, see stuff, find out about it, be sold on it, find through chance/fate. You might come back here with recommendations, finding stuff nobody knows about, but keeping secrets makes Infinate selections possible. Once offered they're what everyone knows and takes for granted, doesn't value as much as what they find themselves, or even apply criticism spoiling pure viewpoints, ruining playing free from that perspective. If it's good try to give why it's good when you present it, passing that on may be important, keep it valuable. Later people or skeptics might not get the positive experience you did, made up differently.
Steel Battalion with controller cheap or on display might be great to try too. Unsellable stuff due to damage or personalisation or dangerous modification like repaired power cords, might be a bargain as well. Loved stuff needs an archive. Libraries made bigger would achieve that if they didn't throw everything old away. Libraries ironically are the real book burners.

Whoops, PS2.
For that then:

The Getaway
Killzone
Final Fantasy XII
ECCO the Dolphin: Defender of the Future
Rez
Ico
Shadow of the Colossus
Killer 7
Resident Evil 4
God of War 2
(PSX)
Ghost in the Shell
Final Fantasy VII & VIII
Vagrant Story
Heart of Darkness
Wipeout 2097
Wip3out
Metal Gear Solid

Don't get Driv3r for PS2. It's only great on Xbox.

Probably Sotc would be the game to look for. PS2 would be the best way to play it. And it's presentable. I have a good story about it, getting laid by it, but I've told it once and that's enough. Rather remember it than remember how I say it too. Unusual for the world to be on your side might be best. But making use of whatever for the best may be how you make it on your side. Complaining just cowardice. Pretty special when you make bigger than you work to your benefit.
