Possibly the best melee slot in a 90's shooter let alone Build game, you get your choice of two solid melee options.
There's also a very weird quirk with the shurikens that speeds up the death animations of enemies killed by them. This means coolies spawn their ghosts nearly immediately after death.

Sorry for the sudden babbling, but I don't really care about myhouse's "story" (mostly because I can't follow it for the most part). But given the context that the wad itself is supposed to be alive, It makes me appreciate the finale at the gas station.

At that point, the wad has thrown every kind of trick it had under its belt at you, from putting the player through a labyrinth of liminal spaces, copies of the house, and general unease. But now it's completely all out of options. So, in a final bout of pure and total desperation, it fully embraces its nature as a Doom wad and throws one final gauntlet of enemies at the player(neither of which are the mod's custom enemies, but the vanilla Doom 2 roster), with a Spider Mastermind on the gas station roof for good measure. It comes in as a behemoth but goes out like any old wad just the same.

Regarding Sigil from the previous thread, I think people severely underrate Sigil 2.

Yes, map1 plays horribly, map2 is kinda ugly, but the rest (except the boss stage) are very good.

Map3 is a great self contained sandbox world, secret level is an amazing techbase return (a vastly superior secret level to Sigil 1's generic one), map4 has a great mix of tech and hell, a sheer beauty, map5 is so-so, but has some nice new art.

Then map6 is the true test of will, amazing design and superb challenge, map7 is also fantastic with it's desolated hub and interesting interiors.

I'm glad Romero made these maps, they are much better than most overhyped community wankery.
